(draft) How Commons turn into commodities. And vanish.

My post about the origins of our trust debacle generated many fascinating comments on LinkedIn, some of which poured love on a formula I created a few years back:

So I thought I'd take a moment to explain it better.

Before we start, a trigger warning: this is a bit of a critique of our present form of capitalism. Hope you're ready for that.
